Guestlist was founded in 2023 by Michelle and Federico, a husband-and-wife team who built it while planning their own wedding. In the middle of it all, they found themselves spending more time coordinating guests than they did actually enjoying the experience, answering the same questions, sending updates, and trying to keep everything in sync. What should have felt simple quickly became fragmented, taking attention away from the moments that mattered.
They wanted something that felt simpler and more natural, a way to bring people together without all the back and forth. What started as a solution for their own wedding quickly became something bigger, as they realized so many other couples were dealing with the same challenges. Today, Guestlist is used by tens of thousands of people around the world, helping weddings feel more connected, more seamless, and a lot more fun.
